Sign up, complete host onboarding, then click "Create Event" from your host dashboard. You'll fill in event details, set up ticket tiers, review, and publish — all in three simple steps.
Vidol supports three formats: Broadcast (one-to-many, like a webinar), Group Session (interactive, up to 20 people), and One-on-One (private coaching or consultation).
Payments are processed through Stripe. When a participant buys a ticket, funds go to your connected Stripe account minus the platform commission. You'll set up Stripe Connect during host onboarding.
Vidol charges a 15% commission on ticket sales. This covers video infrastructure, payment processing, and platform maintenance. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.
Yes! You can set ticket tier prices to $0 to host free events. Participants will register without going through a payment flow.
Find an event on the Explore Events page, purchase a ticket, and when it's time, click "Enter Lobby" from your dashboard or the event page. You'll be able to preview your camera and mic before joining the live room.
As a host, you can cancel an event from your host dashboard. Refund policies depend on timing — full refund if more than 24 hours before the event, 50% if more than 1 hour before, and no refund after the event starts.
Vidol works in modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). You'll need a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. No downloads or plugins required.
Go to your Profile page and use the account management section. You can export your data (GDPR compliant) and request account deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
