1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vidol ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Vidol (16 years in the European Union). By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Host Obligations
- Provide accurate event descriptions and pricing
- Show up on time for scheduled events
- Not engage in bait-and-switch tactics
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Respond to participant concerns in good faith
5. Participant Obligations
- Respect hosts and other participants
- Do not record or redistribute event content without permission
- Do not harass, spam, or engage in disruptive behavior
- Do not attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through Stripe. The Platform charges a 10% commission on ticket sales. Refund eligibility: full refund if requested more than 24 hours before the event, 50% if more than 1 hour before, and no refund after the event has started.
7. Prohibited Content
Users may not post or share content that is illegal, promotes violence or hate, contains sexually explicit material involving minors, constitutes harassment, or violates intellectual property rights. See our Content Policy for details.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may appeal bans by contacting support within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vidol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the content, quality, or outcomes of events hosted on the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
